Fort Worth is home to many outstanding golf courses from public to simi private and showcases all that golf has to offer. With over 40 golf courses in Fort Worth and the surrounding area, there is no shortage of amazing courses to play. If you're in the spirit for some competition the first weekend in September Fort Worth Golfs has its 3rd summer event at Rockwood Park. Rockwood Park is a Municipal course that challenges players of all skill levels. The CFW Men’s championship takes place on Saturday the 7th and Sunday the 8th on this par 72 course. This is a chance to test your skills in a competitive environment one more time before the summer ends. This tournament has 8 flights based on handicaps so that players of all skill levels can compete and win. Prizes will be given out to each of the winners after the conclusion on Sunday. Players will be given lunch on Saturday as part of the entry fee. The best part is that there are only 2 requirements: Be at least 18 years old and have a USGA handicap.
